My frees are split into two parts.

The first is my retainer fee of £3000 which is paid up front.

The second is my success fee, which is only payable once the purchase has been agreed and you have exchanged.

I will agree this at the beginning of every of every engagement.

A £1500 retainer fee will be required up front and once the tenancy agreement is in place I will charge one months rent as our fee.
