My fees are split into two parts.The first is my retainer fee of £3000 which is paid up front.
The second is my success fee, which is only payable once the purchase has been agreed and you have exchanged.
I will agree this fee at the beginning of every of every engagement.
When it comes to searching for a rental property the method involved is the same.
The first is my retainer fee of £1500 which will be required up front and once the tenancy agreement is in place I will charge one months rent as my success fee.
Finding the right commercial premise can be challenging and time consuming. I charge a £3000 retainer to help you secure the perfect business space allowing you to focus on growing your business.
10% of the annual rent will be charged as a success fee once the tenancy agreement is in place.
